We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Risk Management in Piscataway, NJ (hybrid) for a direct-hire position.

Position: Director of Enterprise Risk Management

Location: Piscataway, NJ (hybrid)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Master's or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Certification in risk management (ARM, CRM or RIMS-CRMP) is preferred.
• 10-15 years risk management experience in a program leadership capacity.
• 4-7 years hands-on, corporate auditing, compliance, or risk management discipline in the insurance or service sector industries.
• Knowledge in all areas of managing risks, hazards, and exposures.
• Able to identify, analyze, and control operational risks, as well as political risks, catastrophic loss exposures, third-party exposures, fiduciary exposures, employee injury exposures, juridical risks, and legal risks - whether insurable or not.
• Individuals who are studying for, or who have received the designation of Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) is required.
• Valid passport is required.
