RTA Posted Job Description

• Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences including supporting material for compliance, and support compliance program initiatives, as needed.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to interpret technical lingo to end users and present key metrics and insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and proactive with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• Experience in data analytics and hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau or other analytic tools and being able to identify trends and patterns
• Familiarity with ETL and Data Engineering processes including reviewing data integrity and movement controls
• Some experience in API integration between applications
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
• Bachelors Required- Business/Computer Science or like field
• At least 4 years of experience

• Will be working with internal stakeholders in Legal and Finance.
• Prior experience developing and maintaining dashboards is required.
• The team uses SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Bachelors is required
• The manager would like to see experience around 4-5 years.
