JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flexcube & OBPM Developer to join our banking technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Flexcube, Oracle Business Process Management (OBPM), PL/SQL, and Java, with a solid understanding of core banking processes and integration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Flexcube modules and OBPM workflows.
Design and implement PL/SQL procedures, packages, and triggers to support business logic and data processing.
Integrate Flexcube with external systems using Java-based APIs and services.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Flexcube and OBPM components.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Provide production support and resolve issues related to Flexcube and OBPM applications.
Maintain documentation for code, configurations, and system architecture.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube (Retail/Corporate) modules.
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development (procedures, functions, packages, performance tuning).
Experience with Java/J2EE technologies for integration and customization.
Good understanding of OBPM workflows and process orchestration.
Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and Web Services.
Experience with Oracle Database and Unix/Linux environments.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
