Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.

· 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
· 84 Months of experience performing business analysis activities (Functional Analysis and Design, Business Process Definition, Requirements Management, Writing and Executing Test Scripts)
· 60 months of experience performing software analysis in a PeopleSoft 9.2 FINANCIALS ERP. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Campus Solutions does NOT qualify.
· 12 months of experience as a functional analyst supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Contract Management (SCM) modules, eSupplier and vendor functionality. Provide specific details related to Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Contract Management experience including projects, dates and your role in the projects as well as any experience with grant-related agreements with vendors.
· 12 months of experience as a functional analyst supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Procurement related modules including eProcurement, Purchasing, and/or integration between procurement and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) modules. Provide specific details of procurement related experience.
