The Project Manager/Business Analyst will support the Strategy and Execution - Wealth and Distribution Technology team, a group of seasoned professionals driving execution and alignment to business strategy. This role will lead and manage end-to-end technology and data-focused projects, leveraging both agile and traditional methodologies. The PM/BA is expected to build business acumen and influence while delivering meaningful results. Strong collaboration and communication across business and technical teams are critical for success in this role. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and ensuring solutions align with both business and technology strategies.
Job Duties
Manage program/project delivery with a strong focus on technology and data initiatives
Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders
Execute project management tasks including planning, tracking, and reporting
Lead multiple projects and ensure the successful delivery of outcomes
Resolve project issues and facilitate root cause analysis
Contribute to and drive agile practices where appropriate
Analyze and document business requirements
Translate business needs into technical requirements
Ensure business value is delivered through strong execution
