Oracle EBS Supply Chain Analyst

Bay Area, CA(Onsite)

Long term contract

The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge and proven experience across Inventory (INV), Procurement (PO), and Order Management (OM) modules.

  • Configure and implement a new organization structure within Oracle EBS.
  • Create and manage inter-org sales orders, including shifting/drafting orders between organizations.
  • Define and execute setup activities across EBS modules: Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
  • Develop and support Sales Order Draft Shift processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, IT) to ensure end-to-end process integrity.
  • Prepare functional design documents, perform testing, and support user training and UAT.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • 10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience with strong domain expertise in Supply Chain.
  • In-depth hands-on experience in EBS INV, PO, and OM modules.
  • Expertise in inter-org sales order processes and related configuration.
  • Ability to independently drive organizational setup in Oracle ERP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
