Vaco is helping a local client search for a DevOps Manager to lead a team driving modern cloud infrastructure and automation. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance strategy, execution, and mentorship while scaling high-availability systems in a fast-growing environment.
What You’ll Do

Own DevOps strategy: CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment practices.

Build and improve a self-service DevOps platform for developer autonomy.

Expand use of Terraform/CloudFormation, Kubernetes, Docker.

Enhance monitoring, observability, and automated alerting (New Relic, Dynatrace).

Lead and mentor a high-performing DevOps team.

Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and Security to streamline delivery.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years in Cloud/DevOps/SRE roles, with 3+ years in leadership.

Strong background in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation.

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).

Hands-on knowledge of monitoring, config management, and deployment strategies.
