Project: Blue Yonder WMS Transformation Initiative

Project Overview

Client is undertaking a strategic transformation of its U.S. warehouse operations through the implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (BY WMS). This initiative spans multiple sites and requires a high-performing team of WMS professionals who can deliver configuration, deployment, and client engagement aligned with the latest BY WMS versions (2022/2023).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze warehouse management requirements
• Configure BY WMS modules including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Labor Management, and Yard Management
• Lead or support full-cycle implementation: design, build, test, train, deploy, and hypercare
• Translate functional requirements into technical configurations and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across supply chain, IT, and operations
• Document solution design, configuration decisions, test scripts, and training materials
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

Core Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS (2022 or 2023 versions)
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
• Proven ability to configure BY WMS modules and troubleshoot implementation issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in end-to-end WMS implementation projects

Eligibility:

• Experience Level: Senior consultants with 5+ years in WMS implementations
• Ability to lead client workshops, drive solution design, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Immediate availability preferred due to pressing onsite needs
