Job Details
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go).
- Hands-on development experience in Next.JS, React, Angular Frameworks, Django Framework, GraphQL, PostGRESql database
- Experience building cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and data privacy.
Preferred:
- Experience in the health insurance, healthcare tech, or benefits management sector.
- Familiarity with data standards such as EDI 834/837, FHIR, or claims processing workflows.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working on distributed systems or high-availability platforms.
- Exposure to AI-powered or analytics-driven product features.
- Ability to multi-task and be part of multiple projects at the same time.
