Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences across our enterprise platforms
- Drive end-to-end UX design processes from discovery through delivery, ensure the alignment with business goals and user needs
- Develop and maintain design systems, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Guide junior designers, foster UX best practices, and contribute to a culture of design excellence
- Use analytics, behavioral data, and feedback loops to iterate and optimize user experiences
- Design for complex workflows, legacy system integrations, and multi-role user journeys within enterprise environments
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing enterprise-level work
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure)
- Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience designing for internal tools, associate-facing platforms, or enterprise applications
- Strategic thinker who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about improving the digital experience for internal associates and employees
Desired skills:
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and design handoff processes)
- Experience with AI-enhanced design workflows or prompt engineering
- Background in service design or systems thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
