Client is seeking an Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Payroll implementation Principal Consultant with good hands-on technical and functional exposure to OTL and Payroll product features and some exposure to reports and OIC integrations. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on OTL and Payroll landscape based on customer's requirements. The selected candidate should be able to design, develop and test complex OTL & Payroll functional and technical solutions, customizations and extensions. The candidate is also expected to interact with customer process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes, derive automation opportunities and make recommendations for cloud transformation.
