Job Title: Analyst - Financial Systems & Data Governance


Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven candidate to lead strategic initiatives across Finance, IT, and Data organizations. This role requires deep expertise in financial reporting systems, data governance, and enterprise transformation projects, ensuring operational excellence and compliance in a complex corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic partner across Finance, IT, Chief Data Office (CDO), and Chief Security Office (CSO) to align financial reporting strategies with organizational goals.
Lead multi-year enterprise initiatives, including migration of financial data from legacy Teradata systems to Snowflake Data Warehouse on Microsoft Azure.
Direct governance and integrity efforts for corporate finance reporting systems, including:
o Account Reconciliation
o Financial Consolidation
o Financial Planning & Allocations
o Master Data & Metadata Management
o Data Quality and Internal Controls
Oversee administration and operations of on-premise and cloud-based Oracle financial platforms.
Manage monthly close processes across multiple applications, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Support the Controller Organization in SOX compliance, internal/external audits, and regulatory reviews.
Lead integration and acquisition integration efforts by consolidating acquired companies financial data into enterprise reporting systems.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, driving efficiency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial systems management and enterprise data governance.
Hands-on expertise in Oracle financial platforms, Snowflake, and cloud technologies (MS Azure).
Strong understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale financial transformation projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of corporate finance processes and reporting strategies.
