Job Details
Piper Companies is seeking an Automation BMS Engineer for a hybrid position in Holly Springs, North Carolina (NC) that would come on-site 2-3 days a week. The Automation BMS Engineer will be responsible for leading cross-functional BMS integration projects within the largest end-to-end cell manufacturing facility of its kind.

Responsibilities of the Automation BMS Engineer:
- Lead Building Management Systems (BMS) integration projects across Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM3/4) and the Central Utilities Building (CUB), ensuring alignment with existing systems.
- Coordinate on-site activities 2-3 days per week to collaborate with functional leaders and resolve project roadblocks.
- Manage cross-functional teams and external system integrators to deliver project milestones on time.
- Develop and oversee the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for selecting and managing system integration partners.
- Support technical aspects of BMS systems including Wonderware SCADA, TopView, ICE, and related infrastructure.
Qualifications for the Automation BMS Engineer:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing control systems such as Siemens, Rockwell, and Wonderware.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing internal and external teams, with a focus on defining scope, maintaining schedules, and delivering project milestones.
- Experience with BMS systems such as chillers, boilers, and AHUs.
Compensation:
- Salary Range : $100,000-$120,000 depending on years of experience
