Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Developer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-facing features using React.js, optimizing components for performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new user-facing features using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive UI components.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebase to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.
  • Implement best practices in front-end architecture, including modularity, reusability, and testability.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, tools, and trends.
  • Integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • 3+ years of experience working with React.js in a production environment.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles (e.g., Hooks, Context API, Redux or other state management tools).
  • Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Experience with version control tools, especially Git.
  • Solid understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
