Proficient in ServiceNow and how to write and manipulate objects in ServiceNow (both Server side and Client side) with 6+ years of hands on experience. - Experience in Service Catalog and building workflows/record producers

Architect enterprise-grade automation frameworks (JavaSeleniumPlaywrightAppiumPython) and integrate AI-driven test generation, anomaly detection, and automation intelligence.Lead performance strategy and benchmarking using JMeterGatlingLocust design cloud-native load resilience test harnesses (AWSAzure) and QoE metrics for streaming systems.Validate media pipelines and device ecosystems (HLSDASH, DRM, smart TVs, AndroidQNXembedded) including ABR behavior, videoaudio quality scoring (VMAFSSIM), and device-level telemetry.Automate backendmicroservicesAPI testing (RESTGraphQL), cloud-native architectures (K8s, serverless), and distributed systems with deep logtrace analysis.Integrate automation into CICD (JenkinsGitHub Actions), build self-healing test systems, observability dashboards (PrometheusGrafanaCloudWatch), and ML-assisted diagnostics.Drive enterprise QA strategy, mentor teams, and influence cross-functional engineering decisions across media, AIML, cloud, firmware, and product.
