Job Details

The ideal candidates will have strong experience with Streamweaver, Documerge, CSF (Customer Support Framework), and ESP (Enterprise Systems Platform) Scheduling. You will be responsible for development, support, scheduling, and troubleshooting activities related to batch jobs and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and associated tools.

  • Implement and manage batch processing using ESP Scheduling tools.

  • Work with Streamweaver for data integration and streaming from mainframe systems.

  • Support and enhance Documerge-based customer communications (document composition and output processing).

  • Utilize CSF for supporting customer servicing platforms.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and test environments.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across Onshore and Offshore.

  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews and audits.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Mainframe development using COBOL, JCL, VSAM.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Streamweaver

    • Documerge

    • CSF (Customer Support Framework)

    • ESP Scheduling (CA Workload Automation or similar)

  • Experience with DB2 or IMS databases is preferred.

  • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

  • Experience working in a hybrid team (onshore/offshore) model.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare domains.

  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall SDLC environments.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
