Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for infrastructure services, responding to incidents and service requests.
  • Assist with infrastructure projects and operational tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Monitor system performance and participate in basic troubleshooting of infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve infrastructure-related challenges and meet departmental objectives.
  • Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and technical records.
  • Stay current with industry trends and continuously enhance technical skills.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support infrastructure issue resolution.
  • Follow established standards, procedures, and best practices for infrastructure service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in infrastructure support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies and systems analysis.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.

Relevant certifications such as:

  • CompTIA Security+
  • Cisco CCENT/CCNA
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or higher)
