Key Responsibilities | Expand accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic growth programs. |
Build strong CXO/VP-level relationships across enterprise clients. | |
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new logos (NN) and existing accounts (EN) in the USA. | |
Partner with delivery/solution teams to ensure client success and seamless execution | |
Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and forums. | |
Mentor and develop high-performing sales & customer success teams. | |
Support Account Manager & Account Delivery Head with EE & EN business | |
Required Background | Transitioned into business/sales leadership roles: BDM, Sales Director, VP Sales, or equivalent. |
Strong hands-on background in IT Services including Cloud, Infrastructure, AI/Analytics, ERP, CRM, Security, and Digital Services. | |
Proven ability to manage and influence CXO/VP-level stakeholders. | |
Demonstrated track record of executing GTM strategies in the USA market. | |
Experience & Stability | 12 18 years of experience in IT services. |
Job stability: Last company tenure minimum 2 years, average career tenure 3+ years. | |
Education | Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. |
MBA preferred but not mandatory. | |
Key Skills | Strategic account growth & retention. |
