Job Summary:
[Client] is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (PM5) to lead critical wave-based migrations as part of its high-profile Contact Center Modernization initiative. Recognized as one of the largest and most strategic programs within the organization-and a top priority for leadership-the project aims to consolidate contact center applications and transition customer-facing agents to a modern cloud platform by the end of 2027. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing complex project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of contact center wave migrations, including discovery, development, and deployment phases.
Collaborate with business unit leaders and contact center partners to ensure successful migration, adoption, and operational continuity.
Influence and engage executive stakeholders to prioritize migration efforts and secure necessary support.
Coordinate and oversee a team of 16 project managers, fostering alignment, information sharing, and best practices across the initiative.
Manage complex scheduling demands, including orchestrating overtime and on-site presence during critical migration phases.
Drive change management strategies tailored to contact center operations and cloud platform transitions.
Oversee the integration of key contact center technologies such as IVR systems and agent scheduling tools.
Support Command Center activities during specific wave migrations, requiring on-site presence when needed.
Ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints, maintaining high-quality standards.
