Job Details
Address Exadata hardware failure, apply patches and investigate performance issues ..Pyramid Consulting Group Inc has a banking client with an immediate need for an experienced ORACLE EXADATA DBA with the following background and skills:
At least 5 years of Oracle DBA experience
Experience supporting Oracle Recovery Appliances
Extensive experience troubleshooting performance issues
Full stack patching of the Exadata appliance
Minimum 5 years of full stack Exadata support
Understanding of the process for replacing failed components of the appliance
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of Golden Gate
Knowledge of ServiceNow
Previous financial institution experience is a plus
Degrees/Certifications/Years of Overall Experience Required:
HS Diploma w/Oracle cert is ok
Bachelor's preferred (software engineering, computer science, and/or related field)
5+ years of related work experience
CONTRACT TO HIRE (NO C2C)
HYBRID IN Birmingham AL, Phoenix, AZ, Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH or Dallas TX
