Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle EPM projects involving FCCS, PCMCS, and related modules from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks effectively using best practices in project management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including EPM developers, business analysts, and IT staff to ensure seamless execution.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to bridge gaps and resolve issues.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Oracle EPM projects focusing on FCCS, PCMCS, and related modules.
Strong understanding of Oracle EPM architecture, functionalities, and integration points.
Solid project management skills with experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to translate complex technical details into business-friendly language.
Experience with financial consolidation, close processes, profitability, and cost management concepts.
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other Oracle EPM modules like EPBCS, PBCS, or ARCS.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
Familiarity with data integration tools and scripting languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
