Target Range:
$90,000.00 /Yr. - $100,000.00 /Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job
As our Sr. IT Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT professionals across our enterprise. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership to shape recruitment strategies that align with our business goals and culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building high-performing technical teams.

This position will report onsite to our HQ in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT roles including infrastructure, software engineering, cybersecurity, and project management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize ATS (Workday preferred), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, etc.) to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and interview coordination, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Advise managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and interview best practices.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Champion employer branding by promoting our culture, values, and mission across digital platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on IT and technical roles
  • Proven success in both agency and in-house recruiting environments
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and passive candidate engagement
  • Familiarity with Workday, iCIMS, or similar ATS platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting

Preferred:
  • Background in banking, fintech, or financial services
  • Experience recruiting for niche IT roles such as DevOps, cloud architecture, or cybersecurity
  • Exposure to predictive analytics or data-driven recruitment strategies
