Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Service Cloud, Community Cloud), Copado deployment, Java/Spring Boot microservices, AWS cloud, and Kubernetes/EKS. This role requires deep technical hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, automation capability, and the ability to support applications in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
This is an onsite-only role in Plano, TX, requiring close collaboration with engineering, DevOps, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & Copado
- Deploy Salesforce applications using Copado (mandatory).
- Support Salesforce Community Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud applications.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes.
- Work with Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows, API Integrations.
- Support Service Cloud features such as Web-to-Case, Assignment Rules.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Java and Spring Boot Microservices.
- Troubleshoot application issues, logs, performance, and integrations.
- Support and manage AWS services:
EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, EKS, Kubernetes - Deploy containerized applications into EKS clusters.
- Troubleshoot issues within Kubernetes pods, nodes, services, and networking.
- Strong experience in Terraform, CloudFormation, and cloud automation.
- Support databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, RDS.
- Troubleshoot Kafka messaging issues.
- Support COTS platforms like deFI, Fiserv, and other enterprise products.
- Strong troubleshooting on Linux/Windows systems.
- Experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell scripting.
- Experience using AWS CLI.
- Participate in on-rotation application support shifts as required.
- Work with JIRA for tracking development, support tickets, and deployments.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
