Overview
The Executive Director Products and Delivery leads strategic efforts to optimize deposits and loans profitability and competitiveness for one of the Bank's business units. Develops metrics to track and measure product performance. Develops pricing strategies and market trends to leverage revenue opportunities for Bank products. Provides leadership on technology needs for host systems and delivery platforms including representing the business units needs in enterprise technology decisions. Partners with the Business Risk & Control team to ensure alignment regarding deposit and lending risks.

Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of experience in Financial Services to include Strategy leadership
Preferred Area of Experience:
Business and Commercial deposit and loan product management
Understanding of risk and control process for deposits and loans
Skills:
Understanding of Bank operating roles and responsibilities,
Ability to determine best practices in payment software, emerging technologies, and client interaction
Experience developing successful training and quality assurance initiatives
Experience managing successful audits

Responsibilities
- Product Strategy - Develops and implements strategies for one of the Bank's business units products. Leads projects and associate teams through each product life cycle including product development, delivery, ongoing management, and retirement. Ensures offerings are competitive, profitable, and appealing to the Bank's clients. Collaborates with other business units on marketing products and services to clients. Develop pricing strategies to reflect competitive realities and enhance revenue opportunities. Manages the strategy, rationalization, and integration of deposits, loans, and products from acquired institutions into the Bank's existing operating model.
- Financial Reporting - Guides team efforts to establish accurate, insightful, and actionable product performance management metrics. Ensures the consistent reporting of deposit, loan, revenue, and trends to executive leadership. Oversees development of budget projections that reflect prudent operational costs without impacting client service.
- Risk Management - Leads, manages, and documents all compliance and risk management activities related to business deposit products and related systems. Partners with the bank's ERM, ORM, legal and compliance teams, and Business Risk & Control teams to ensure continued audit compliance and that the appropriate risk appetite is maintained. Participates in product-specific audits and information requests, both internal and external, as they arise. Creates and maintains disclosures, policies, and standards.
- Product Platforms - Leads business efforts to enhance products platforms and thereby improve the client experience and improve efficiencies. Collaborates with technology, operations, and other internal partners to define platform requirements and reengineer processes as appropriate. Develops roll-out plans for client-facing teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and division goals. Makes appropriate changes to division policies, procedures, and efficiencies to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes department achievements by providing professional development and talent learning opportunities.
