Job Details
- Design, upgrade, and validate electrical panels for performance, safety, and scale
- Own electrical schematics, BOMs, and testing protocols
- Drive functional safety compliance (e.g., UL508A, ISO 13849, ANSI/RIA 15.06)
- Collaborate with mechanical, systems, and software teams to align hardware integration
- Lead troubleshooting and field deployment electrical support
- Spearhead outsourcing, vendor QA, and process documentation
- Mentor techs and engineers on best practices
What You Need:
- 3+ years in electrical panel design and testing
- Strong CAD chops (EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical, or AutoCAD Electrical)
- Hands-on wiring, troubleshooting, and hardware iteration experience
- Familiarity with robotics or automation systems
- Passion for startup hustle and engineering excellence
