We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team to support the implementation of Customer Insights, Sales, Field Services, and Customer Service modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to analyze business needs and design tailored CRM solutions that drive strategic outcomes. Your technical expertise and project delivery skills will ensure a smooth transition, high adoption, and maximum value from the Dynamics 365 platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design Dynamics 365 solutions across the Customer Insights, Sales, Field Services, and Customer Service modules.
- Hands-on configuration and implementation of Dynamics 365 modules within Microsoft Dataverse to align with business processes and objectives.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of implementations including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Customize and optimize Dynamics 365 functionalities for Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service modules.
- Coordinate data migrations, integrations, and troubleshooting activities with technical teams.
- Work with project managers to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure successful platform adoption.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather input, communicate changes, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Monitor and resolve technical/system issues and escalate as needed.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices to recommend enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights, Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 customization and configuration best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate client discussions, requirement sessions, and workshops.
- Proven success in client-facing consulting roles involving CRM implementations.
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with integrations between Dynamics 365 and ERP or external data systems.
- Solid understanding of business processes in Customer Experience, Sales Operations, and Field Services.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex project environments.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-240) are a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and related cloud technologies is preferred.
- Experience with industry-specific solutions (manufacturing, consumer products, retail) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $90-100/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
