Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration
Manage daily operations of the Salesforce CRM platform.
Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data integrity processes.
Provide user support and training across departments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements.
Enterprise Security
Implement and maintain Salesforce security settings including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
Work with IT and InfoSec teams to align Salesforce configurations with enterprise security policies.
Monitor system access and usage to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
OKTA Integration
Manage OKTA integration with Salesforce for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Troubleshoot identity and access management issues related to OKTA.
Collaborate with Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams to streamline user provisioning and de-provisioning.
Ensure seamless user experience across integrated platforms.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
Experience with OKTA or similar IAM platforms.
Strong understanding of enterprise security principles and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
