Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong Pardot expertise to support, maintain, and enhance our CRM and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce administration best practices and a proven track record of managing Pardot for lead generation, engagement, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM and Pardot environments, including users, profiles, roles, security, and data integrity.
Configure and manage Pardot assets such as email templates, landing pages, forms, automation rules, and engagement programs.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define and implement campaign strategies and lead scoring models.
Ensure seamless data synchronization between Salesforce and Pardot.
Manage campaign tracking, segmentation, and reporting for marketing performance insights.
Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce seasonal releases.
Provide day-to-day support for users, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
Maintain documentation for configuration, processes, and workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
2+ years of working experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
Solid understanding of CRM data models, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle
Proficiency with reports, dashboards, validation rules, flows, and automation tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments
Experience with email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and marketing best practices
