RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Support Engineer 3 in Santa Monica, CA.

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer that will own the Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) implementation and infrastructure management for all users. In this role, you will work with game developers on their day-to-day technical infrastructure requirements which may include remote system and application support, network diagnostics, asset management and physical hardware configuration.

Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux server operating systems and applications
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
* Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
* Manage network servers and technology tools
* Set up accounts and workstations
* Upgrade systems with new releases and models
* Develop expertise to train staff in innovative technologies
* Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience
* Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
* 5+ years of experience with End user support (Application and hardware)
* 3+ years of experience with Azure
* 3+ years of experience with M365 admin/Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
* Highly organized with strong communication skills
* Possess a customer-first mindset
* Thrive in a fast-paced game production environment
* Proven experience as a Windows IT Administrator, System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
* Experience with networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
* Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
* Experience with Azure and common cloud administration
* Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
* Excellent communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
