Job Description
Role: Business Analyst
Location: Pomona, CA(Hybrid-2days)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in business or data analysis and a proven ability to translate complex data and business requirements into actionable insights and solutions. This role supports strategic initiatives, data accuracy, business process improvements, and cross-functional program migrations while ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 7 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience performing quantitative and data-driven analysis.
- Strong understanding of project documentation and implementation methodologies.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, complex formulas, large datasets).
- Experience working with large, multi-attribute datasets.
- Strong customer service and user experience focus.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple platforms (email, Microsoft Teams, phone, in-person meetings).
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
