The Opportunity
Client is looking for a Coordinator, Technical Leadership Development, to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with an ambitious mission and to help build the future of Leadership and Learning & Development at PEG SIE. You'll work across a global team to support the design and delivery of world class development opportunities for employees of all levels. This is a long-term contract role that will be 6+ months and offer hybrid flexibly. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years HR experience.

What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative, communication, and training support to Learning & Development (L&D) programs and initiatives
- Manage arrangements for learning programs, including marketing, scheduling, registration, hospitality and catering, day-of support, and post-event evaluation.
- Support vendor management through PO Processing
- and keeping records up to date
- Produce virtual learning engagements including, room management, taking attendance and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Research and source external learning content and facilitators.

- 2+ years L&D prog mgmt experience
