What You'll Do
The System Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of IT systems, server infrastructure, and data center resources. This role supports the deployment, monitoring, upgrading, and troubleshooting of both physical and virtual environments and plays a key role in delivering secure, high-availability services to the organization.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in system administration or a related IT support role.
Proficient in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policy, O365).
Familiarity with server monitoring, backup solutions, and ticketing systems.
Preferred Requirements
A+, Server+
Citrix CCA, VMware VCTA, or equivalent.
Microsoft certifications (e.g. MCSA)

What You'll Do
The System Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of IT systems, server infrastructure, and data center resources. This role supports the deployment, monitoring, upgrading, and troubleshooting of both physical and virtual environments and plays a key role in delivering secure, high-availability services to the organization.
Responsibilities
System Maintenance & Support
- Monitor and maintain servers, virtualization platforms, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Provide Tier 1 frontline support for server-related incidents and service requests.
- Apply patches, updates, and hardware/software upgrades regularly.
- Troubleshoot system and infrastructure issues, escalating to engineers when necessary.
Infrastructure Management
- Support technologies such as Cisco UCS, VMware, Citrix, SQL Server, Cloud-platforms, Cohesity, Pure Storage, and Veeam.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new servers, applications, and services.
- Ensure systems are compliant with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on procedures, configurations, and system changes.
- Follow and improve standard operating procedures and change management processes.
- Contribute to knowledge base content for troubleshooting and training.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with System Engineers and other IT teams to support projects and innovation efforts.
- Mentor junior staff and share knowledge with peers.
On-Call and Escalation Support
- Provide support and resolve incidents.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for system support.
Requirements
