Job Title: SAP BTP Architect
Location: Toronto, ON - Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic SAP BTP Architect to lead the design, integration, and implementation of scalable and secure enterprise solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role requires deep expertise in integrating SuccessFactors modules with both SAP and non-SAP systems using tools like SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and cloud-native services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect end-to-end integration solutions between SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding) and various systems using SAP BTP services
  • Lead the configuration and delivery of solutions leveraging Cloud Integration, Extension Suite, Workflow, and Business Rules
  • Design and govern APIs using SAP Integration Suite and API Management
  • Customize SuccessFactors and BTP components in accordance with SAP best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership to development teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural roadmaps with business strategy
  • Stay current with evolving SAP technologies and make strategic recommendations
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security in all delivered architectures
  • Engage in stakeholder management and drive alignment across technical and business units


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of overall SAP experience, with 5+ years in SAP BTP and SuccessFactors Integration
  • Deep understanding of SAP architecture and cloud technologies
  • Proficiency in SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and extensions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
