Job Details

  • Experience with Cerner Application support, Incident resolution, Implementation of Cerner Millennium Projects.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting CERNER solution functionalities/Components.
  • Perform complex troubleshooting investigations and documenting notes and knowledge articles.
  • Gather requirements and determine scope of work and plan for on time delivery.
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned time sensitive tasks.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with peers and client, provide timely feedback to encourage success.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.
  • Readiness towards work at odd hours/on-call and weekends as and when needed. Should be open to shifts.

  • Experience in Medication Build in formulary.
  • Building new synonyms, sentences and product linking in DCP tools.
  • Addition and inactivation of HCPCS row in CS pricing tool and QCF calculation.
  • Formulary modifications, inactivating billcodes, order sets and IV sets.
  • Dose Range Checking.
  • Flexing and Unflexing of formulary products, synonyms and sentences.
  • NDC stacking and barcode linking.
  • CPOE content in Powerchart.
  • Establishing frequencies for medications based on locations using frequency tool.
  • Worked on various front end and back end tools like Med Manager, Formulary manager, DCP tools, phadb tools, Powerchart,
  • CS pricing tool, Batch dispensing, Batch report, DB Order catalog tool, Explorer menu, CoreCodeBuilder, Bed rock tool, Frequency tool, Database Flexing tool.
  • Experience with ticketing tool ServiceNow is preferred
