Thinking Minds Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled Order to Cash Analyst with a strong background in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and a keen understanding of the Order to Cash process. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in optimizing and enhancing SAP SD functionalities, aiming to streamline sales, distribution, and customer engagement processes. Role Overview:

As an Order to Cash Analyst, you will be instrumental in refining and supporting the SAP Order to Cash module, focusing on elevating our sales and marketing capabilities. Your expertise will guide the development, configuration, and optimization of SAP SD and related applications, directly impacting our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly manage and support the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module, emphasizing the Order to Cash process, including SAP One-and-Done and Global Available to Promise (GATP).
  • Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business processes.
  • Lead the testing, implementation, and refinement of SAP SD enhancements, collaborating with technical teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Configure and optimize SAP SD functionalities to streamline order processing, billing, and customer service operations.
  • Engage with stakeholders across sales, customer service, and marketing to identify improvement opportunities and deploy effective technology-driven strategies.
  • Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to support decision-making and process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), specifically in the Order to Cash process.
  • Demonstrated ability to configure, test, and implement SAP SD modules and identify integration points with other SAP modules like APO.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with teams across the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project and process documentation tools.
  • Willingness for hybrid work setup and to travel domestically up to 5% as needed.
