End-User Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the team to support IT infrastructure in the Tbilisi office
• Ensure all equipment, documents, and processes are implemented and functional
• Assist employees in resolving IT-related issues efficiently
• Operate, maintain, upgrade, and dispose of assets in the most cost-effective way
• Contribute to the enhancement and development of the End-User Support Service

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience with Linux, Apple, and Windows OS
• Knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server management, including Active Directory, WSUS, and 3rd-party antivirus services
• Competency in troubleshooting issues on Windows, Apple, and Linux OS
• Strong interpersonal skills and a user-oriented mindset to help employees navigate IT challenges
• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a multi-level organization
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tackling emerging challenges
