Job Details

We are seeking a SharePoint Collaboration System Administrator to support enterprise-level SharePoint services across Microsoft 365 Government Cloud, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint 2019 On-Premises for a large user base. This role involves system administration, environment optimization, platform security/compliance, and participation in enterprise collaboration projects.


Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019 On-Prem, and Microsoft 365 GCC (Government Cloud).

Support over 100,000 active users, ensuring platform performance, security, and compliance.

Enhance collaboration environments using modern tools such as AvePoint, Microsoft Syntex, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support on complex SharePoint issues.

Contribute to utility tool development for improved SharePoint administration.

Participate in large-scale digital collaboration and transformation projects.

Improve user experience through modern design, navigation, and release management.


Technical Skills Required:

10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration.

Expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, configuration, and features.

Experience in Microsoft 365 GCC High environments (preferred).

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms and integration strategies.

Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Graph API.

Familiarity with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including:

Guest access

Group management

Application permissions

Federation and license management

Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
