Job Details

Job Summary The IT Project Manager III is responsible for leading complex IT projects through all phases of the project lifecyclefrom initiation to execution and closure. This role includes managing scope, resources, budgets, schedules, vendor relationships, and ensuring business objectives are met. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, technical expertise, and proficiency in Agile and traditional project management metho dologies. Key Responsibilities A ssemble and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and developing schedules to meet deadlines. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and the roles of each team member. Provide guidance and oversight to ensure alignment with organizational goals, standards, and timelines. Develop and administer project budgets, schedules, performance standards, and risk mitigation plans. Coordinate vendor management activities (RFI, RFP, SOW) in collaboration with global sourcing partners. Facilitate communication among stakeholders, escalate issues when necessary, and manage stakeholder expectations. Drive quality outcomes by overseeing test planning, execution, and operational readiness. Ensure business readiness, addressing change management in organizational processes, technologies, and systems. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring business value delivery is aligned with expectations. Serve as advisor to team members and leadership to resolve technical or operational issues. Lead backlog management, application enhancement projects, and cross-functional coordination. Required Qualifications Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience. PMP Certification required (must include certification number and active dates on resume). Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Scrum Master) required. Advanced computer and documentation skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, including written, verbal, and training delivery. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in ERP and manufacturing technology projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Camstar). Proficient in project and program management processes, with strong facilitation skills. Strong financial acumen and experience managing multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to think critically, manage risks, and make informed decisions. Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge across teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SDLC as a project quality framework. Familiarity with ITIL and/or ISO standards. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Prior experience in a similar project management role within IT or manufacturing environmen ts.
