Overview:
Join the dedicated team as an Administrative Support within our client Distribution Center. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our administrative functions, contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing workflows, facilitating system access, coordinating equipment requirements, and championing continuous improvement initiatives. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster an environment of collaboration and responsiveness throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize system access requests, ensuring consistent audit compliance to maintain organizational integrity.
  • Proactively monitor IT and operations work orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate equipment requests efficiently, tracking lifecycle status to secure optimal asset utilization.
  • Maintain precise asset compliance records, generating comprehensive reports to inform stakeholders.
  • Process purchase orders with accuracy and validate invoices, ensuring prompt payments and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for general support inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Analyze administrative processes critically and implement targeted improvements utilizing Apple tools to enhance efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable organizational and time management skills, showcasing an ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience with Apple systems and Distribution Center operations is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful interactions with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset dedicated to problem-solving, with a keen focus on enhancing operational efficiency

Work Schedule:
This position offers a full-time commitment, comprising 40 hours per week, adding value across system management, financial processing, support tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
