W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field plus 1 year related experience. Prior experience must include: Determine, prepare, and execute test cases for SAP Extended Warehouse Management for 7.0 and S4 Cloud, SAP Warehouse Management for ECC, SAP Global Trade Services, Exotec, and Goods-To-Person system integrations related to Supply Chain operations and functions with an understanding of the business process and how new locations in distribution networking are progressed through the software delivery lifecycle; Govern and administer test case repositories, updating and modifying test cases based on enterprise system lifecycle project requirements, changes to system solutions occur, or new solutions are developed; Capable of identifying and documenting business process flows for value chains supported by Supply Chain and Customer facing applications and how they relate to systemic solutions including process flows; Research and evaluate automated testing tools for use with qTest and understand and administer connections from qTest to JIRA software for tracking of defects and status of defect resolution; Utilize experience with GitHub integration with HP UFT for execution of scripts. 20% domestic and international travel required. 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the U.S.
Compensation: The anticipated base pay range for this position is $106,558.00 to $120,800.00, which reflects the potential base pay at the time of this posting. Base pay will depend on factors such as work location, relevant experience, and skills. Grainger reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate compensation and benefit programs in its sole discretion at any time, consistent with applicable law.
