Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Staff Consultant in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, you will be tasked with assessing our current ServiceDesk Plus environment and providing suggestions for improvement.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough assessment of the current ServiceDesk Plus environment
Identify areas of potential improvement and provide practical suggestions
Develop a detailed plan for implementing suggested changes, if necessary
Provide technical assistance in Service Desk Environments
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within the set deadlines
Collaborate with different teams to ensure the smooth running of the Service Desk
Handle any issues or queries related to the ServiceDesk Plus environment promptly and professionally
Continually monitor the ServiceDesk Plus environment and make adjustments as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Service Desk environments.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service desk environment within the healthcare industry
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proven experience in project management and coordinating with different departments
Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
