Job Details

  • Experienced Workday AI Talent Acquisition Engineer (to work with VZ HR Team)
  • Responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent Acquisition, Target Management, Learning, and Onboarding modules.
  • Candidate will combine deep technical Workday expertise with nads-on experience in AI-driven talent tools.
  • Lead integrations between Workday and 3rd party platforms (ATS, HRIS, AI tools, and learning systems)
  • Some knowledge of Paradox (conversational recruiting AI) and Hiredscore (AI talent intelligence)
  • 3+ years of Workday experience with knowledge of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Onboarding, Target Management, Config & Integrations
