Job Overview:
The Product Design and Marketing (PD&M) Creative Infrastructure Team is seeking a Technical Program Manager. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for organizing and tracking technical projects for a team of Developers and Product Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating resilient systems that evolve alongside business needs. The PD&M organization is responsible for designing and managing content across various platforms, including Apps/Games, Arcade, Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, Books, and more. This position ensures that assets moving through the system are accessible to all relevant parties, bridging the gap between external and internal partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional relationships while representing the team.
  • Run meetings and reviews, capturing key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items via meeting notes.
  • Track and report project health on a weekly basis, including status updates and projected results.
  • Support the team by creating roadmaps, project plans, setting key milestones, and tracking tasks or issues.
  • Drive planning and resource allocation in partnership with the Creative Infrastructure Manager.
  • Negotiate priorities for the Creative Infrastructure team, balancing limited resources and aggressive schedules.
  • Ensure timely handoff of documentation and completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with Design, Business, Platform, and Engineering teams to maintain project integrity during implementation.
  • Continuously improve processes and communications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a producer or program manager in software design.
  • Experience in a digital or creative agency is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software ideation, execution, and delivery processes.
  • Ability to integrate design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams to clarify project requirements and goals.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complexity, focus on key issues, anticipate challenges, and adapt to changes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with macOS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Keynote for creating and presenting data or training documentation.
  • Strong design sense and attention to detail across deliverables.
  • Ability to foster organization and collaboration across teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Airtable, Asana, WorkFront, or similar platforms.

Pay Range: $70 - $80/hr. on W2
