Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
Manage user incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software
Coordinate with remote IT teams to resolve network and infrastructure issues
Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and standard procedures
Assist with IT asset management (inventory, deployments, returns)
Ensure compliance with company IT security and operational standards
