RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer in Coppell, TX.
Responsibilities:
* Senior ServiceNow Engineer will manage onshore/offshore ServiceNow application support for operations, deployments, patching, and upgrades
* Lead timely resolution of production issues, including off-hours/weekends
* Ensure SLA/availability for prod and non-prod environments
* Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT to deliver projects and support
* Represent ServiceNow in Disaster Recovery exercises
* Define and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards
* Ensure compliance with regulatory/IT controls, support audits
* As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you will partner with ServiceNow/vendor teams to maintain performance and platform hygiene
* Produce SLA/performance metrics for continuous improvement
* Provide Level 2 engineering support and mentor a high-performing team
* Coordinate across India time zones
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/MS in CS, IT, or related field
* Preferred certs: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/Discovery/Event Mgmt), ITIL v3/v4
* 8+ years in software testing/development; 4+ years on ServiceNow
* Experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, CSDM, Discovery, Event Mgmt
* Expertise with ATF, Selenium, Postman, or SOAP UI
* Hands-on ServiceNow dev & scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Catalog/Client Scripts)
* Strong upgrade lifecycle, patch testing, and defect management
* Familiar with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps automation
* Proficient with test/defect tools (JIRA, HP ALM)
* Strong analytical/problem-solving; Enforce QA standards and improvements
* Independent ownership in fast-paced Agile; effective offshore/onshore collaboration across time zones
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
