Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation of STIBO STEP MDM solutions across various domains (Product, Customer, Supplier, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and configure workflows, WebUI, business rules, and data models within STIBO STEP.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between STIBO MDM and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, eCommerce platforms).
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across master data domains.
  • Perform data analysis, profiling, and cleansing activities.
  • Bulk Data Updates and Export/Import Configurations Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM processes and integrations.
  • System Setup and workflow Configuration Stay updated with the latest STIBO STEP features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in STIBO STEP MDM implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, and data quality management.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with API development (STEP API and Extension API), and integration frameworks (inbound and outbound).
  • Configuration of References, Web UI, Search Screens Familiarity with ETL tools and data migration strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
