Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager with strong experience managing enterprise accounts within the TCS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead and run the recruitment team, drive consistent monthly closures, and expand Prophecy s footprint through new client acquisitions and business development within TCS. This role demands hands-on leadership, a sharp focus on delivery excellence, and a passion for achieving targets while maintaining high compliance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow enterprise accounts under the TCS vendor ecosystem, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, TCS vendor managers, MSP partners, and internal delivery teams.
Lead and oversee the recruitment team, setting daily and weekly goals for submissions, interviews, and closures.
Ensure the recruitment team achieves monthly closure targets across all active requisitions.
Drive new business opportunities and secure additional clients and positions through TCS channels.
Conduct daily stand-ups and regular performance reviews with recruiters to monitor pipeline progress.
Oversee the end-to-end requisition lifecycle from job intake and sourcing to onboarding and compliance.
Track and report key performance metrics (submission ratios, offer conversion, closures per recruiter).
Identify areas for improvement in delivery, recruitment quality, and client responsiveness.
Conduct weekly and quarterly business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
Resolve escalations quickly with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Ensure full SLA compliance, adherence to TCS processes, and operational excellence.
Develop and execute strategic account growth plans and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Coach and mentor junior account coordinators and recruiters on best practices and client management.
Collaborate with leadership to design incentive plans, performance dashboards, and delivery strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in IT staffing, account management, or delivery operations, preferably within TCS or similar MSP-driven ecosystems.
Proven success in leading recruitment teams and achieving consistent monthly closures.
Strong experience in account expansion, client acquisition, and pipeline management.
Minimum 4 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Staffing
Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS tools such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High ownership, leadership, and accountability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data-driven reporting.
Ability to balance business growth with operational discipline and compliance.
