Hybrid/Remote Online Banking Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish)

Position: Online Banking Specialist
Start Date: First week of June 2025
Interview Availability: ASAP
Location: Lynn, MA
Schedule: Training is on-site for 2 months (Monday-Friday). 100% remote after training.
Pay Rate: $21-24/HR (Depending on experience)
Remote Schedule: Monday-Friday & Must be comfortable with a Saturday shift from 9 AM - 3 PM on occasion.
Shift: Monday-Friday (8 hours within hours of operation) 7 AM - 8 PM. Shifts will be consistent.

Job Description:
Take upwards of 75-100 inbound calls to assist customers with various banking needs
Maintain a detailed knowledge base of banking products, services, policies, products, and maintenance and regulatory requirements
Handle a diverse array of complex customer situations with minimal supervisory assistance by making sound decisions that minimize risk to both the banker and customer
Actively listen to and determine the full extent of customer needs while appropriately applying different approaches to affect the desired outcome
Utilize strong verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with customers
Handle basic customer complaints and problems with minimal assistance; recognize personal limitations in an acceptable time frame and initiate requests for assistance to appropriate personnel as needed
Education and requirements:
High School Diploma or GED minimum is required.
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
4-5+ Years of high-end customer service experience.
Call Center experience preferred but not required
Strong technical aptitude and learning capabilities (will be using multiple systems and monitors)
Proven previous job stability
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent verbal and listening skills including good grammar, time of voice, and dictation
Punctual and consistent work attendance is required
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
