JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of user business problems and the development of system recommendations to meet requirements. Analyzes current and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems. Duties include coordinating with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance, and may coordinate testing and system controls. Impact: Works to achieve key project/program objectives and deliverables. Responsible for entire projects or processes spanning multiple technical areas. Manages large projects or processes with moderate impact on the achievement of sub-family results. Complexity: Develops solutions to complex technical issues and problems that impact multiple area or disciplines. Regularly employs ingenuity and creativity to develop new technical solutions and systems to achieve functional objectives. Communication: Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members. May communicate with parties external to the organization (e.g., sub-contractors, vendors, etc.). Works to influence project/team leaders regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.

Leadership & Talent Management: Knowledge:
- Translate the CRM Customer Technical Manager's (CTM's) projects and priorities into tasks and deliverables for the other members of the contract team.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Coordinate QA efforts across the team, ensuring that the tasks have been completed with high quality in a predictable manner.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
