Description: Our client is currently seeking a SAP Finance and Accounting Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance and Accounting Implementation Specialist to join our Financial Systems team and support a global SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly across Finance, Accounting, and Tax domains. The ideal candidate will play a hands-on role in the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration, process standardization, and data integrity across financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface Analysis: Evaluate existing interfaces in the legacy ECC environment to identify opportunities for simplification and optimization.
• Future-State Design: Define and document future-state interface requirements with a focus on financial reporting, tax, and accounting impacts, incorporating standardization and simplification strategies.
• Technical Review: Review technical specifications and designs from development teams, identifying and addressing gaps in requirements.
• System Integration Testing: Lead system integration testing efforts, including impact analysis and resolution of build defects.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and support UAT activities for interfaces and tax reporting functionalities.
• Issue Tracking: Monitor and track the resolution of bugs and testing issues to ensure timely deployment aligned with project milestones.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementations, with a strong focus on Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Proficiency in SAP Finance modules (FI, CO) and experience with ERP conversion projects.
• Demonstrated experience in interface specification and end-to-end testing within Finance and Tax domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in implementation-focused roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with global S/4HANA implementations; LATAM region experience is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Knowledge of international indirect tax compliance.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and treasury operations
